Bedroom Facilities
All rooms are en-suite with shower, television, telephone, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities.

Leisure Facilities
All guests have complimentary use of our extensive leisure facilities however children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Champagne Plus
Should guests require something a little extra on arrival, we can arrange to have a bottle of house Champagne and a bouquet of flowers in their room on arrival for only £45.00.

Payment
Accounts must be settled on departure. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Please note that we do not accept CHEQUES as a method of payment on departure although they may be accepted four weeks prior to your stay on a deposit basis.

Dinner Bed & Breakfast

Guests staying on a Dinner Bed & Breakfast basis will be given an allocation of £22.50 per adult towards the cost of their dinner.

Cancellation
The hotel’s cancellation policy is as follows:

• Reservations cancelled 7 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the rate for the first nights’ stay.

• Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less prior to the arrival date will be charged the full rate of the first nights’ stay.

Smoking
Please note that we are a totally non-smoking hotel, if it appears that there has been smoking carried out within the hotel by a guest, we reserve the right to make a charge, equivalent to one nights stay, to facillitate deep cleaning..
