The Castle Inn Hotel enjoys a fantastic location at the head of Bassenthwaite Lake, overlooking some of the Lake District's highest fells.  Originally a coaching inn dating back to 1770, the hotel is now a thoroughly modern venue that boasts 46 newly refurbished bedrooms and a selection of conference and function facilities for up to 200 delegates as well as a Fitness Suite, large Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi.

Ritson's Restaurant offers a high quality and comprehensive menu, personally designed and crafted using locally sourced ingredients by internationally experienced Head Chef, Neil Blackler.  Whether visiting for breakfast, lunch or dinner an enjoyable meal awaits you at this popular venue.
