Delegates will be served with fresh brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, English garden tea or decaffeinated tea, fruit and herbal tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
They will then have a selection of pastries, fruit flapjacks, homemade biscuits, homemade cakes and fresh fruit platter to choose from.
We have a range of lunch options which will have a selection of hot and cold items from something simple in the meeting room to a full sit down Cumbrian themed lunch.
There's something for everyone so all dietary requirements are catered for.
Either choose from dining in our Riston's Restaurant or more informally in the Tavern, but if you want private dining that's possible too.
As you're dining in the Lake District there are plenty of local and seasonal dishes to tempt the taste buds, from some of our preferred suppliers such as Cocklakes Farm Shop in Torutbeck, established in 1990. They provide quality local meats and game. Also The Cheese Larder in Kendal, also established in 1990 where we source out quality local cheeses from.
If you want something in particular or have any specific requests just let your coordinator know and we can devise a menu to suit you from something as informal as a range of sharing Tapas platters to a curry night or full 5 course fine dining menu.
